R & R Wednesdays Zoom

What you do between exercise sessions is just as important as what you during them.  Strength doesn't happen while you're lifting weights, but in the recovery period after.  Release tension and tightness and Restore range of motion - your muscles will thank you for this half hour class!  We'll use foam rolling techniques and stretches to allow your body the downtime it needs to perform at its best and reduce your overall stress.

Equipment Required:  Exercise Mat, Foam Roller,  and a Tennis-type Ball.

“I have been attending the Gentle Fit and Circuit Training classes led by Darlene Gutierrez for almost a year now.  I am stronger, have lost weight, toned my muscles and am improving my balance weekly. Darlene has built a community of folks that are supportive and nurturing.  She provides humor, playfulness and continues to challenge all of us to become stronger and more fit. She provides a safe, nurturing place for people to thrive. We are truly blessed to have Darlene and her expertise here in Plumas County.”
