I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 20 years, both in the gym and at home, while enjoying our lovely Quincy, Ca area for the past 30 years. In October of 2014 I became the instructor of the Gentle Fit Class at the Quincy Yoga & Wellness Center. I discovered that I really enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals. I earned my certification as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2016. Since then, I’ve been working with individual clients and have expanded my classes. I continue to educate myself with the myriad of information available in the fitness industry to provide the most benefit to my clients. For example, I am currently studying for my Women's Fitness Specialization certificate through NASM to further expand my wellness expertise. I am passionate about helping others live their life to the fullest by being fit and healthy!
